client_stats
Description
Plugin to record per client statistics of successful and failed deliveries, These can be used to distinguish between ``good'' and ``bad'' clients.
Also included is a plugin to randomly generate temporary
failures based on past behaviour of the client.
(This turned out to be not very useful, but serves as an
example on how the statistics collected by
client_stats can be used)
